Happy Labor Day! I know some of you may have to work today, but I am hoping that the majority of you have the day off. Isn’t this message so true. How many of us burn the candle at both ends day in and day out until one day we catch something that forces us to stay in bed, maybe for days. I’m not even sure that some of us get that this is a message from our body telling us that it is time to relax. Start listening. And if today you are off, relax and hoot a few hoots!
