Other Practitioners at Wellspring

Part of the Wellspring Holistic Center mission is to offer space to other holistic therapists so that they may see private clients, teach workshops, and engage in community outreach.  We have had many therapists join us over the years and are proud to introduce you to the ones who are currently calling WHC “home.” They are highly trained in their areas of expertise and help us to expand our offerings to the communities we serve.

Martha Heise, LMT

Find joy in each moment and revel in the beauty of your true self!

Are you usually active but not performing at your optimum level? Are you ready to feel and move better?
Having an active lifestyle, a martial arts practice, and an interest in helping others be their best drew me to studying Barnes’ myofascial release therapy and becoming a massage therapist. I appreciate working with people who are interested in taking an active role in their journey. Using myofascial techniques and movement therapy help to reduce the pressure of restrictions in the body aiding your body to heal – restoring motion, easing pain, and increasing your well-being.

Barnes’ Myofascial Release Therapy and Reiki sessions and MFR self-care classes are offered. For more information about Martha’s practice, schedule, and pricing, visit her website: RisingPhoenix.ABMP.com

Vibha Rana, Certified Ayurvedic Therapist, Reflexologist

Ayurveda is a 5,000-year-old system of natural healing which has its origins in the Vedic and yogic culture of India. The entire system of mind, body & spirit is based on the five great elements- Ether, Air, Fire, Water and Earth. After I graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University of NJ with a Master’s in Creative Writing, I decided to pursue my lifelong dream and studied at Kerala Ayurveda Academy & American Institute of Vedic studies where I received my Ayurveda Wellness Counselor and Therapist certificate. I am trained in traditional Ayurveda and have been offering Ayurvedic body therapies and one-on-one counseling sessions. In the counseling sessions I promote great emphasis on prevention to reverse imbalances by paying close attention to ones’ daily lifestyle & eating habits by recommending changes tailored according to the individual constitution. Ayurveda body therapies are best experienced through specialized head massage and reflexology treatments.

I am also a certified Reflexologist and worked along with an acupuncturist in Hackettstown NJ. In 2017, I decided to open my practice under the name of Green Tulip Health and Wellness, LLC located in Hackettstown, NJ and now since I’ve moved to East Stroudsburg I’m super delighted to provide services at Wellspring Holistic Center while keeping the practice open in Hackettstown, NJ.
