4 Week Mindfulness/Meditation Course

It’s all about the breath…
Oct. 26th 7pm-9pm
Breathing is the jumping off place for mindfulness practices and meditation. It is the best thing to use for health and well being. It is free and available 24 hours a day!
We will learn to breathe deeply and fully.
It is one of the simplest things in this world, and yet it can take a lifetime to master.
Practicing as a group will be an added bonus! We will work with meditation, mudras, and movement.
Write your way out of your way. Write your mind free. Write to make it alright.
Nov. 2nd 7pm-9pm
Don’t fret if you don’t consider yourself a wordsmith, fear that you have nothing to say, or don’t even own a pen anymore!
These exercises will delight and amaze you. Your writing will calm and inspire you.
Your mind will relax and quiet down. Your body will release and let go.
Bring a journal or pad of paper. Pens will be provided!
Color outside the lines
Nov. 9th 7pm-9pm
Come play with markers, crayons, colored pencils, chalk, and more. Scribble, Doodle, Color, and Quiet the mind.
After exploring several options, we will work with mindfulness and the creation of a rock mandala that each person will complete and take home. All materials provided (unless you have a favorite tool you want to bring for yourself).
Life as Meditation
Nov. 16th 7pm-9pm
Be ready for whatever the day brings. Bring your toolbox loaded with mindfulness practices to your day. Be present to your life. Learn how to cope with feelings, thoughts, and the little stories you tell yourself.
Armed and ready we will march into the holidays – or maybe skip into the holidays with renewed energy, focus, and presence.
