Pilates – profiles of inspiration – the end and the beginning

As promised I am featuring my inspirational students for the next few blog posts. If you missed the last one, here it is.

This is the last in the series. It could be the end for you, or just the beginning if you decide to join us!

We meet Mondays on Main St. in Stroudsburg, PA at 5:30pm. Your first class is always FREE. We are a fabulous group, have a great time together (in fact after class tonight we are taking a field trip!), and enjoy groaning when doing Plank position!

Saving the best for last, meet my right hand, Terry. She helps me with just about everything. She cleans, helps with payments, grabs medicine balls, and is awesome.

I could not do it without her. Thank you so much Terry!
