Pilates is a great exercise but more importantly it is principles and practices to use in your day to day living. It teaches you how to move more efficiently and effectively with less strain and stress on your body (and hopefully your mind as well). First class is always FREE. Come join us on Mondays at 5:30pm at our Main St. Stroudsburg location.
