Changes at the office
The first change that happened was in the bathroom. The paper towel dispenser has been replaced with a hand dryer. This will reduce the amount of paper towels we use each week which reduces our garbage by 50%!
The second change that happened was in the waiting room which no longer supplies plastic water cups. We have been recycling all of the plastic cups we use since we opened 11 years ago, but by replacing the disposable plastic cups with reusable plastic cups we will decrease our recycling by 75%!
The third change that happened was finding a way to recycle all of the plastic waste from the acupuncture needles. By collecting and sending away all of the needle wrappers, we will reduce our garbage by another 35%!
